Purpose

Authentic, consistent records of every affiliated institute's infrastructure and academics — for RGPV, MPPCI, PCI and the State Government.

This portal has been developed by the Diploma Wing of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, to collect and maintain authentic records of the infrastructural and academic facilities available at each affiliated institute — including, but not limited to, a proper campus with all amenities, land, building, laboratories, equipment, faculty, supporting staff, library and other essential aspects. The aim is to ensure compliance with the latest norms and regulations prescribed by regulatory bodies such as the Pharmacy Council of India, and to bring consistency to the records submitted to all stakeholders — the State Government, the University, MPPCI, PCI and other relevant regulatory authorities. This is essential to provide and maintain high educational standards at par with industry requirements and to give students a proper environment for growth. All affiliated institutes are therefore requested to support this initiative and furnish the desired information at the earliest.

यह पोर्टल राजीव गांधी प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, भोपाल के डिप्लोमा विंग द्वारा विकसित किया गया है, जिसका उद्देश्य प्रत्येक संबद्ध संस्थान में उपलब्ध आधारभूत एवं शैक्षणिक सुविधाओं — समुचित परिसर एवं समस्त सुविधाएँ, भूमि, भवन, प्रयोगशालाएँ, उपकरण, शिक्षक, सहायक स्टाफ, पुस्तकालय तथा अन्य आवश्यक पहलुओं — का प्रामाणिक अभिलेख संकलित एवं संधारित करना है। लक्ष्य यह है कि फार्मेसी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया जैसी नियामक संस्थाओं द्वारा निर्धारित नवीनतम मानकों एवं विनियमों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित हो तथा शासन, विश्वविद्यालय, एमपीपीसीआई, पीसीआई एवं अन्य नियामक निकायों को प्रस्तुत किए जाने वाले अभिलेखों में एकरूपता आए। उद्योग की अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप उच्च शैक्षणिक स्तर बनाए रखने तथा विद्यार्थियों को समुचित विकास का वातावरण उपलब्ध कराने हेतु यह अत्यंत आवश्यक है। अतः समस्त संबद्ध संस्थानों से अनुरोध है कि इस पहल में सहयोग करें एवं वांछित जानकारी शीघ्रातिशीघ्र उपलब्ध कराएँ।

500 m rule — “GEO FAR”

If a photo's GPS is more than 500 m from the campus GPS declared in Section 3, the upload is flagged GEO FAR and blocks submission.

Walkthrough video

A single continuous on-site walkthrough with a visible on-site stamp / attestation is required.

Aerial / high-vantage view of Campus (Section 15 · items 5, 8, 8b)

At least ONE aerial / high-vantage view of the campus is mandatory — a geo-tagged photo (item 5 or 8) OR a short video (item 8b) is acceptable. The frame must show the campus boundary, institute building(s) and the approach road. A capture from a rooftop or any elevated point using a mobile with location (GPS) and date-time on is fine — no drone required. Ground-level snaps, map screenshots and unrelated views will be rejected on review.

Exemption

A certified geo-referenced campus map / §17-N certified map is exempt from EXIF/GPS auto-checks — upload as instructed.

Mandatory geo note (verbatim)

All photographs and the walkthrough video must be captured on the actual campus with the device's GPS switched on and the correct date & time. Uploads without embedded EXIF date-time and GPS, or with GPS more than 500 metres from the declared campus location, will be rejected as GEO FAR and submission will be blocked.

Click Copy link and paste it into the portal field.

Verified at entry

Every Drive link is fetched and verified the moment you add it. A green ✓ appears when it is publicly viewable.

Blocks submission

Hard block — duplicates in your own list

A registration number, mobile or enrolment number repeated within your own institute's rows is rejected on save — you cannot proceed until fixed.

Cross-institute conflicts (soft-block, dispute allowed)

If the same reg./mobile/enrolment appears at another institute, or a declared pay is below the minimum, the field blocks submission. You may save it as DISPUTED WITH a documentary-proof Drive link — the case is queued for admin review.

Disputes are never silently accepted

Every disputed entry is manually verified by the RGPV admin. Weak or missing proof will be returned.

Common reasons a file is Not accepted

Wrong file type — documents, maps & certificates must be a legible PDF (not a photo/image). Scan the paper document or export to PDF.
Content doesn't match — e.g. an unrelated image where a campus map / faculty list / amenity photo is required. Upload the correct file.
Live photo required — use your linked mobile on-site with Location (GPS) and the correct date-time ON. Gallery / other-device uploads are not accepted for these items.
Fake or too-small file — the file is empty or a stub (e.g. a < 20 KB "plan"). Upload the real, complete document.

How to fix

On the flagged file, tap Remove, then upload the correct file. If you believe the file is already correct, tap Re-check to run the check again.

Link “only works on desktop” / login doesn't stick

You most likely opened the link inside WhatsApp's browser. Tap the ⋮/••• menu and choose “Open in Chrome” (Android) or “Open in Safari / browser” (iPhone), then log in there. Your session now stays signed in on that browser — the link will work directly next time.

Camera doesn't open, or opens the selfie side

When prompted, allow camera permission. The rear camera is used by default; use the small switch icon if you need to change it. Live capture must be done on your linked mobile at the campus, with Location (GPS) ON and correct date & time.

Seeing an old version / old messages

Refresh the page (pull down) or clear this site's data. The portal now auto-updates to the latest version shortly after each release, so this should be rare.
